The UTA Health and safety certificate is for all schools and clubs who meet the safety requirement's.

  • All Instructors must be CPR, First aid and AED certified.

  • Holds a current Instructor license.

  • Safety mats must be at least 1 inch thick foam.

  • Pass criminal back ground check.

  • Certified Testing judge.

  • Certified Tournament judge.

  • UTA approved Training curriculum's

  • Bully Proof certified.

  • Declared a Safety Zone School.

  • Meets city safety code requirements.

  • Possess proper Insurance.

  • UTA member in good standing.
